Junior Jersey Designer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Junior Jersey Designer to join our design team, reporting to the Head of Design. You will help develop seasonal jersey collections, driving trends, colours and details that align with our brand’s values of individuality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the dresses team to execute range development from brief to final product.
• Work closely with in‑house departments such as print and with external suppliers.
• Research trends, fabrics and sustainable trims, presenting new ideas to the team.
• Create technical design specifications and ensure fit and quality through supplier liaison.
• Participate in fittings alongside buying and the tech team.
• Manage critical paths to deliver samples on schedule.
• Support wholesale pack preparation and assist with admin tasks like photo‑shoot preparation.

Required profile

• Graduate fashion degree with around four years of industry experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to responsible, sustainable design.
