Junior Marketing Executive – Banking & Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to join a client in the Banking & Financial Services sector. The role is fully onsite in Harrow, London and reports to the Deputy Manager of Marketing. You will support the team’s marketing initiatives across events, digital channels and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Produce event and marketing materials for branch and client events.
• Develop and manage social media content and website updates.
• Provide administrative and marketing support to implement the overall marketing plan.
• Maintain and update website content using the content management system.
• Liaise with marketing vendors and third‑party agencies on a regular basis.
• Assist in campaign management and execution.
• Organise and schedule meetings with internal partners and external stakeholders.
• Maintain marketing databases and spreadsheets to support campaigns.
• Create sales‑enablement material for the sales team.

Required profile

• Interest or some experience in the financial services sector (preferred but not essential).
• Background in events and digital/social media marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third‑party partners.
• Detail‑oriented, creative and personable.
