About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior M&E Technician to join a fast‑growing building services company in Leatherhead. This full‑time position offers comprehensive in‑house training and a clear pathway for technical progression.
Key responsibilities
- Develop digital building service models using Revit software.
- Create accurate CAD drawings for mechanical and electrical installations.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to support project design and documentation.
- Participate in site visits and provide design assistance as required.
Required profile
- Recent graduate in engineering or a related design discipline.
- Strong interest in building services and M&E systems.
- Ability to commute to Leatherhead from surrounding areas.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Revit.
- Basic CAD knowledge.
