About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Paraplanner who is ready to step up to a Financial Adviser role within a thriving independent financial planning firm in London. The position offers a clear progression pathway, full training, and an existing client base to help you launch your advisory career.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on high‑net‑worth portfolios, including UK and international financial planning.
• Deliver QROPS and cross‑border financial solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with a dedicated administration team to focus on client interaction.
• Maintain and grow relationships with referral partners such as law firms, accountants and tax specialists.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of paraplanning experience.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and overall financial planning.
• Confident communicator with a client‑first mindset.
• Ambitious individual seeking a long‑term career in financial advice.
