Junior Sales Trader – Equity Derivatives

About the role
We are partnering with a fast‑growing equity derivatives brokerage that is expanding its sales trading desk in London. The Junior Sales Trader will work closely with experienced brokers and traders to support structured client flow across European equity derivatives markets.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with institutional clients, develop relationships and communicate trade ideas.
- Generate, price and execute equity derivative flow, including listed derivatives and related equity products.
- Collaborate with inter‑dealer brokers and market makers to source liquidity.
- Contribute to desk growth and franchise development by identifying volatility‑driven opportunities.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of post‑university experience in sales trading, equity derivatives, delta‑one or structured products.
- Current client‑facing role or experience supporting client flow, pricing and idea generation.
- Comfortable operating in fast‑moving markets and responding to institutional demand.
- Seeking a step‑up move into an entrepreneurial, high‑growth brokerage environment.
