Keyholder (12 hrs) – Retail – Regent Street, London

About the role

We are looking for a part-time Keyholder to join our Levi’s store on Regent Street in London. You will work 12-hour shifts, primarily on weekends and one weekday, ensuring the store runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional denim experience to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Support the Store Management team with daily operational tasks and store duties.
• Motivate, coach and support the sales team to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising throughout the shop floor.
• Assist with deliveries, stockroom organization and inventory management.
• Open and close the store in the absence of senior managers.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven experience meeting sales targets and KPIs in a retail environment.
• Strong customer-service orientation and a team-player mindset.
• Experience supervising or managing a shop-floor team.
