Land Surveyor – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

Brandon James Ltd is seeking a Land Surveyor to support a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, infrastructure and development projects. You will work both independently and alongside engineers and designers to capture accurate site data and deliver high‑quality survey outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute topographical and measured building surveys for a range of clients.
• Collect data on‑site using total stations, GPS equipment and laser‑scanning technology.
• Process survey data, produce drawings and ensure timely delivery of information.
• Set out control networks, produce floor plans and elevations, and support engineering teams with precise land and building data.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Land Surveyor, Engineering Surveyor or Measured Building Surveyor.
• Relevant qualification (HNC, HND or degree) in land surveying, geomatics or civil engineering.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong attention to detail and organised project delivery.
