Lead Product Analyst

About the role

As a Lead Product Analyst at Costa Coffee you will drive data‑focused product decisions across our global coffee brand. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that shape new products, services and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and process maps for product initiatives.
• Analyse data and apply data‑driven decision making to support product strategy.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design system architecture that meets business goals.
• Lead the creation of analytical models and reports that inform product development.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, system architecture and data principles.
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Experience translating complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
