Lead Recruiter – Founding Talent for AI‑Native Fintech Startup

About the role

We are a fast‑growing AI‑native fintech startup backed by leading venture capital, looking for a founding talent hire to build our recruiting function from the ground up. As the first in‑house recruiter you will work directly with the founders to expand the team from 40 to over 60 people within the next year.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle hiring for engineering, sales, operations, and claims functions.
• Design and execute high‑converting outbound sourcing campaigns for a brand that candidates have not yet heard of.
• Build the applicant tracking system, interview scorecards, and overall interview infrastructure from scratch.
• Maintain a rapid hiring pace, ensuring candidates receive a decision within 2–3 days.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a Series A/B startup environment.
• Proven ability to scale a company from roughly 50 to 150+ employees as the primary recruiter.
• Demonstrated success hiring technical talent and closing passive candidates.
• Willingness to work five days per week on‑site in London.
