Lettings Manager – Full‑time, Isleworth

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Lettings Manager to lead the day‑to‑day lettings operations of a well‑established estate agency in Isleworth. Reporting directly to the owners/directors, you will be the primary point of contact for landlords and will drive new business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily lettings activities of the branch.
• Collaborate closely with the property management and lettings coordination teams.
• Maintain high service standards for existing landlords.
• Generate new lettings instructions and expand the portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and ensure clear communication.
• Oversee an Assistant Manager and negotiators, handling stock, reductions, viewings, offers and valuations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, including business generation and listings.
• Own a car and be based locally in the Isleworth area.
• Ready to relocate if needed and able to start by the end of July.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the department.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to £36,000 per annum.
• Bonus structure with realistic OTE of £60‑65k per annum.
• Three‑month underpin based on £60k OTE.
• Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, no Saturday work (8:30 am‑6:00 pm).
