Lettings Manager – Residential Property Lead

About the role

Join Connells as a Lettings Manager in Kingswood, leading a residential lettings team. You will be responsible for driving performance, market share and delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants while developing your own career within the UK’s leading property services group.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the branch’s lettings performance and growth.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing residential lettings team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day lettings operations, including valuations, listings and viewings.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with landlords, tenants and local market stakeholders.
• Drive business generation and achieve target‑driven revenue goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within an estate agency.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management capabilities.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service in a target‑driven environment.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑focused.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Experience with residential lettings processes and valuations.
• Ability to generate new business and meet sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
