Lettings Negotiator – Field-Based Role in Gloucestershire

About the role

Join one of the UK's fastest‑growing Build‑to‑Rent operators as a Lettings Negotiator covering developments across Gloucestershire. You will work field‑based, managing a regional portfolio, conducting viewings, supporting residents throughout their tenancy and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Manage move‑ins and move‑outs, including inventories and Right‑to‑Rent checks.
• Carry out mid‑term property inspections and monitor property condition.
• Report and coordinate maintenance issues with contractors.
• Update internal systems and resident records.
• Liaise with internal teams and contractors to resolve issues efficiently.
• Support health and safety standards across all developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lettings, property management or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own diary.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.
• Confidence working independently in a field‑based role.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
