Lettings Negotiator – Immediate Start

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings and let properties to tenants
• Negotiate and close lettings deals, initially with manager support
• List properties on relevant platforms
• Liaise with clients, landlords, and tenants throughout the process
• Provide regular feedback to applicants and landlords

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in lettings or sales
• Customer‑focused attitude with a positive, ambitious outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence and own car

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
