Lettings Negotiator – Property Rental Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic independent estate agency in Kentish Town. You will match tenants with suitable homes, support landlords and ensure a smooth rental process from enquiry to move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate rental offers between landlords and tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and win new instructions.
• Guide clients through the lettings process from enquiry to move‑in.
• Assist with property inspections, check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Work towards individual and team performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in lettings or property sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confident, professional and proactive attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
• Passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £22,000‑£25,000 base with OTE up to £45,000.
• £150 car allowance.
• Full‑time hours Monday‑Friday 9:30‑18:00, Saturday 10:00‑16:00 (half‑day off during week).
