Lettings Negotiator – Residential Lettings in Croydon

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a fast‑growing independent estate agency in Croydon. You will work across Southeast London, building relationships with landlords and tenants while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify tenants based on their property requirements.
• Organise and conduct property viewings with confidence and professionalism.
• Negotiate agreements between landlords and tenants to secure successful lettings.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and applicants.
• Generate new instructions and identify valuation opportunities.
• Manage tenancy progression through to move‑in, providing regular updates and communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lettings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• High standard of customer care and professionalism.
• Confident telephone manner and relationship‑focused approach.
• Good knowledge of Croydon and surrounding areas (advantageous).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
