Lettings & Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Lettings & Property Manager to join our Coventry office. The successful candidate will support both the lettings and block management teams, providing on‑site assistance to ensure high‑quality service for tenants and smooth operation of our developments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with property viewings, inspections and ensure units meet standards before occupation.
• Provide on‑site tenant support, respond to enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct routine building inspections, report maintenance or safety concerns, and support block management operations.
• Maintain accurate records, schedule appointments and prepare reports.
• Supervise contractors and tradespeople during move‑in and move‑out processes.
• Coordinate with lettings and block management teams to ensure clear communication and efficient day‑to‑day running.

Required profile

• Prior experience in lettings or property management.
• Proven ability to handle tenant enquiries calmly and professionally.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high service standards.
