About the role
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at Oaktree Day Nursery and Preschool in Finchampstead. You will work in a supportive environment that values flexibility, professional growth, and the wellbeing of both children and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Build trusted relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Required profile
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to making a positive impact daily.
- Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Confident written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices.
