Luxury Home Estate Agent (Full/Part Time)

About the role

Fine & Country is looking for motivated estate agents to sell luxury homes across the West Midlands. You will work remotely, leveraging the brand’s national network and marketing resources to connect high‑net‑worth buyers with premium properties.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, market and sell luxury properties ranging from £1M to £5M+.
• Conduct virtual and in‑person viewings, negotiate offers and manage the sales process end‑to‑end.
• Build and maintain relationships with affluent clients and local stakeholders.
• Utilise Fine & Country’s marketing materials, tools and technology to maximise property exposure.
• Collaborate with the agency’s support team to ensure smooth transactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an estate agent, preferably in high‑value property sales.
• Ambitious, self‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a flexible, remote working schedule.
