Luxury Home Estate Agent – High Earnings & Flexible Work

About the role

Fine & Country is seeking motivated estate agents to sell luxury homes across the South East of England. You will work remotely, leveraging the brand’s national network and premium marketing tools to connect high‑net‑worth buyers with properties valued from £1M to £5M+.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and nurture relationships with affluent clients.
• Show luxury properties, conduct viewings and negotiate offers.
• Prepare and present professional marketing material for each listing.
• Utilise the company’s technology platform and success blueprint to manage the sales process.
• Collaborate with the dedicated Agent Support team to ensure seamless transactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential real estate, preferably in the premium segment.
• Ambitious, self‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Strong knowledge of the local luxury property market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
