Luxury Home Estate Agent – Remote

About the role

Fine & Country is looking for motivated estate agents to sell luxury homes across the UK. You will work remotely, managing a portfolio of high‑value properties (from £1 million to over £5 million) and earning commissions on each sale.

Key responsibilities

• Source, market and sell premium residential properties within your assigned area.
• Build and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and investors.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers and guide clients through the transaction process.
• Utilise the company’s marketing materials, technology platforms and support team to maximise exposure.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, aiming for at least one successful sale per month.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property sales, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Ambitious and goal‑oriented with a desire to grow a personal client base.
