About the role

Join a fast‑growing luxury wellness travel company as a Luxury Travel Consultant. You will combine your passion for health, wellbeing and high‑end travel to deliver exceptional service to discerning clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service and expert advice on wellness travel options.
• Meet individual sales and service targets while supporting overall company goals.
• Manage post‑sales administration, follow‑up and accurate record‑keeping in the CRM.
• Communicate clearly with customers and suppliers, both verbally and in writing.
• Gather and relay feedback to improve the customer experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date on spa, wellness and travel industry trends.
• Participate in product training and occasional weekend FAM trips.

Required profile

• Personal interest or experience in health and wellbeing (e.g., yoga, fitness, spa, nutrition).
• Previous experience with high‑end tour operators or luxury travel agencies preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual team and attend monthly meetings in central London.
• Comfort with performance‑driven environments and meeting targets.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.

• Above‑average computer proficiency.
