About the role
The Deal Advisory Tax team is looking for a Senior Manager to lead complex M&A tax engagements across the UK. You will work closely with partners and directors, providing high‑quality technical advice and building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver detailed tax advice on UK and international M&A transactions.
- Analyse tax documents and data, highlighting key issues and commercial impact.
- Collaborate with UK and overseas tax specialists, challenging and refining their input.
- Support business development by contributing to proposals and pitches.
- Coach and develop junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Required profile
- CTA or ACA qualification.
- Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax and international tax principles.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial models from a tax perspective.
