Management Accountant (EMEA)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Management Accountant to deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business analysis for the EMEA region. This position is ideal for a part‑qualified accountant who is actively working towards a professional qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end processes for selected P&L accounts, including journal preparation and posting.
• Contribute to consolidated EMEA reporting for Flash/MOR submissions.
• Prepare and maintain product‑area profitability reports and allocate direct and indirect costs.
• Provide timely management information to support business decisions.
• Own key elements of the EMEA reforecasting and budgeting process and support cash forecasting.
• Deliver balance‑sheet reconciliations and dynamic risk/opportunity assessments.
• Respond to ad‑hoc requests from the EMEA Finance team and Group Finance.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified accountant actively pursuing ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Confident communicator able to engage with all management levels.
• Proactive with a desire to develop commercial and technical skills.
• Hands‑on attitude, capable of identifying system weaknesses and improving controls.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a commercially focused mindset.

• Oracle NetSuite (advantageous)
• Microsoft Office applications (essential)
