Management Accountant – Property Industry (Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Management Accountant to join a medium‑sized property‑industry organisation in Hounslow. This temporary, full‑time position will support a high‑performing accounting and finance team, delivering accurate financial reporting and budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
• Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor and reconcile balance‑sheet accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify financial data.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Contribute to process improvements within the accounting and finance function.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in accounting or finance, or equivalent education.
• Proven experience in financial reporting and management accounting within the property industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate financial insights clearly.
