About the role
We are looking for a reliable Manufacturing Operator to join our Basingstoke site on an immediate‑start temporary basis. You will work in a fast‑paced production environment, helping to keep the line running smoothly while adhering to health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and report any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
Required profile
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and focus on health and safety.
- Comfortable in a fast‑moving manufacturing setting.
