About the role

The Maps Reporting Specialist will support a global project for a leading American technology company, focusing on the launch of a new branch in London. The role involves verifying and updating map‑related business information for major software, online marketing and internet platform clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review maps data to assess the accuracy of business information against client policies.
• Contact businesses, primarily via outbound phone calls, to confirm their details.
• Update client platforms with verified information.
• Make balanced decisions using market‑specific knowledge.

Required profile

• Customer service experience.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• Greek OR French proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure without close supervision.
