Marketing Executive (Hybrid)

About the role

Swegon UK & I is looking for a Marketing Executive to join its Marketing team at the Snodland site in Kent. The role provides creative, hands-on and high-quality marketing support across the UK & I region, covering CRM, digital content, marketing campaigns and the company's CPD/webinar programme. It is a hybrid position and the company does not use recruitment agencies.

Key responsibilities

• CRM and digital marketing: plan, build and deliver omnichannel campaigns with HubSpot and other platforms, support lead generation and capture, manage and report leads, and work with sales and other teams.
• Website and content: maintain and update website content using the company's CMS, keep it accurate and aligned with SEO best practice, and improve user journeys.
• Campaigns and projects: own key campaigns from planning to delivery and reporting, monitor performance, coordinate email, website, social media, events and other channels, and support product launches and events.
• CPD and webinar programme: plan, coordinate and deliver live and pre-recorded webinars, work with presenters and subject matter experts, host webinars with dedicated software, manage invitations, registrations and follow-up, and report on attendance and engagement.
• General marketing support: help the wider marketing team, support exhibitions, events and sponsorships where required, and travel in and around the UK with occasional overseas travel.

Required profile

• GCSE Maths, English and IT or equivalent.
• Marketing, communications or digital marketing experience.
• Minimum two years' experience in a similar marketing role, or equivalent.
• Experience creating and delivering marketing campaigns and writing content for websites and digital channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
• Website CMS platforms such as Optimizely and/or Squarespace.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Full and valid UK driving licence.
