About the role
We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to boost brand awareness, occupancy and community engagement for our growing portfolio of student accommodation. The role combines digital, content and campaign delivery within a fast‑paced property environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimise website content using WordPress.
- Oversee third‑party listings and contribute to SEO and paid‑media initiatives.
- Create and edit copy and other marketing content.
- Coordinate photoshoots and visual assets.
- Analyse competitor activity and campaign performance.
- Deliver data‑driven marketing that impacts both on‑site and online audiences.
Required profile
- Marketing degree or equivalent.
- Experience in the property sector.
- Good knowledge of HubSpot.
- Copy‑writing and content‑creation experience.
- Strong ability to build communities and drive engagement.
