Marketing Executive – Student Accommodation

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to boost brand awareness, occupancy and community engagement for our growing portfolio of student accommodation. The role combines digital, content and campaign delivery within a fast‑paced property environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimise website content using WordPress.
• Oversee third‑party listings and contribute to SEO and paid‑media initiatives.
• Create and edit copy and other marketing content.
• Coordinate photoshoots and visual assets.
• Analyse competitor activity and campaign performance.
• Deliver data‑driven marketing that impacts both on‑site and online audiences.

Required profile

• Marketing degree or equivalent.
• Experience in the property sector.
• Good knowledge of HubSpot.
• Copy‑writing and content‑creation experience.
• Strong ability to build communities and drive engagement.
