Marketing Lead - Legal Solutions

About the role

TransPerfect Legal is looking for a full‑time Marketing Lead, Operations and Enablement to drive the day‑to‑day marketing engine for its Legal Solutions business. Based in London (or Barcelona), you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and act as an operator‑leader, identifying problems early, pushing back on misaligned priorities and owning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior Sales and Product leaders to define and deliver sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, case studies and email sequences.
• Coordinate and execute audience‑engagement programs including webinars and targeted outreach, managing timelines, approvals and post‑program analysis.
• Own the marketing operations cadence: intake, prioritisation, status updates and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain a transparent workboard (e.g., Monday.com) with clear priorities, dependencies and workload visibility.
• Identify capacity constraints, risks and process improvements, escalating early with recommended solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, sales enablement or campaign execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong project‑management skills, attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Comfortable partnering directly with senior leaders and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% of the time.
