Marketing Manager – Professional Services

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join a leading international professional services firm in London. Reporting to senior management, you will shape and execute a strategic marketing plan that enhances brand awareness and drives growth over the next decade.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management and support teams to develop and manage the company’s marketing strategy across all markets.
• Design and deliver multi‑channel campaigns including social media, events, sponsorships, awards, digital marketing and PR.
• Identify and evaluate external marketing opportunities such as sponsorships, speaking engagements, editorial placements and advertising.
• Implement and champion marketing and business development systems (CRM, email marketing) and improve business intelligence processes.
• Coordinate with in‑house and freelance resources (copywriters, translators, designers, PR consultants) to produce effective client communications.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education (any discipline) with strong analytical curiosity.
• Proven experience in professional services marketing and digital marketing.
• Ability to work confidently within a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment and manage multiple projects.
• Demonstrated strategic planning and delivery capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing a marketing budget.
