Media Sales Executive – OOH Advertising (Shoreditch, London)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Media Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing out‑of‑home advertising company in Shoreditch. This new‑business, tele‑sales position focuses on hunting fresh opportunities, consulting with decision‑makers and closing deals across your territory, supported by an existing contact database.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets and daily KPIs.
• Generate new business through cold‑calling and strategic lead generation.
• Become an expert in OOH billboard advertising and demonstrate its value to clients.
• Book client meetings to meet appointment KPIs.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospects and new customers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of results.
• Resilient, hungry to win and able to handle rejection.
• Strong communication skills, able to listen and guide conversations confidently.
• Excellent organisation and time‑management; “on time is 5 minutes late”.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM platform).
• General CRM system proficiency.
