Mid-Level Producer – Photo & Video Production

About the role

LGA Management is seeking a driven Mid-Level Producer to lead both photographic and video shoots for high-end fashion, luxury and beauty campaigns. The role sits at the heart of production, translating creative concepts into on-set execution and delivering final assets on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of photo and video shoots, from brief to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain production budgets, timelines, call sheets and shot lists.
• Scout locations, secure permits, arrange insurance and handle logistical requirements.
• Source, negotiate and contract crew, talent, stylists, hair & make-up artists, set designers and equipment suppliers.
• Coordinate casting and liaise with talent agencies and model bookers.
• Oversee on-set operations, including crew call times, catering, transportation and real-time problem solving.
• Manage post-production workflows such as retouching, editing, colour grading and final file delivery.
• Reconcile final budgets, process invoices and maintain organized production documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of production experience in photography and/or video within a creative agency, talent management company or production house.
• Proven ability to independently produce multi-shoot campaigns and fast-turnaround motion content.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the capacity to work under tight deadlines.
