Midweight Graphic Designer – Hybrid (West London)

About the role

We are seeking a confident Midweight Graphic Designer to join a close‑knit creative agency in West London. The role offers a blend of print and digital projects for healthcare and MedTech brands, with hybrid working and clear progression to senior level.

Key responsibilities

• Design a variety of assets including social media graphics, branding, exhibition graphics and print collateral.
• Take projects from brief through to final artwork, delivering high‑quality print‑ready and digital files.
• Maintain and develop client brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with account managers, content specialists and fellow creatives.
• Mentor a junior designer and help raise the team’s creative standards.
• Explore AI tools to improve creative workflows.

Required profile

• Strong experience in a midweight graphic design role, preferably within an agency.
• Excellent design and artwork skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.
• Passionate about developing AI skills.
• Desirable experience in healthcare or MedTech, motion graphics or presentation design.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Image retouching.
• Print‑ready and digital asset production.
