Midweight Graphic Designer – Sportswear Brand

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Midweight Graphic Designer to join the in‑house Creative team of a fast‑growing premium sportswear brand. Based in a modern office in Liverpool city centre, you will work across digital, print, retail and brand channels to create compelling visual content.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
• Create digital assets for social media, paid ads, email, website and e‑commerce.
• Produce retail graphics, POS, event branding and environmental graphics.
• Support packaging, presentations, pitch decks and internal communications.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, marketing and brand teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a commercial graphic design role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign and digital design work.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Passion for fashion, sport, streetwear and lifestyle culture.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or basic motion design (desirable).
• Figma knowledge (desirable).
