Mobile Electrical Engineer – North West London

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to service the North West London area, delivering reactive repairs, maintenance and small‑scale project work for domestic, industrial and commercial installations. The role is based on a company van and involves occasional out‑of‑hours call‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform reactive and planned electrical repairs and maintenance across NW London postcodes, meeting SLA deadlines.
• Carry out minor new works and project installations while adhering to client processes and company health‑and‑safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with safe systems of work, risk assessments, method statements and relevant legislation.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, recommendations and updates in the CAFM system.
• Provide multi‑skilled support, drawing on building‑services knowledge for domestic, industrial and commercial sites.
• Participate in the out‑of‑hours call‑out rota and respond to emergency call‑outs as required.

Required profile

• Approved City & Guilds Electrician or equivalent Building Services qualification.
• Qualified to the 18th Edition IEE regulations.
• Strong organisational abilities and a positive, flexible attitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with a PDA to access the company CAFM system and email.

• City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection certification (desirable).
• Gold CSCS Card (desirable).
