About the role
ACE Money Transfer is seeking a Monitoring Officer to oversee surveillance systems, review camera footage, and conduct confidential staff screenings. The role ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and established SOPs while contributing to continuous improvement of monitoring processes.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and review camera footage to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct staff screening activities accurately and confidentially in line with SOPs.
- Document and report all monitoring activities to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and promptly escalate any irregularities, breaches, or security concerns.
- Support continuous improvement of monitoring processes by providing feedback and suggestions.
Required profile
- Minimum graduation; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant experience is a plus.
