Mortgage Advisor – Flexible Self‑Employed Role

About the role

We are looking for a self‑employed Mortgage Advisor who wants genuine flexibility, strong earning potential and the chance to grow a personal client bank within a supportive brokerage environment. You will focus on residential lending, working with first‑time buyers, home movers and remortgage customers while benefiting from both organic introductions and referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own workload and working hours, operating with a high degree of autonomy.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, generating new business through your own network and referrals.
• Provide mortgage advice to a diverse client base, ensuring compliance and high conversion rates.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Proven ability to generate business and maintain a client bank.
• Comfortable working on a self‑employed, commission‑only basis and willing to attend the office once per week.

What we offer

• On‑target earnings of £80,000–£90,000+ with 70% commission on self‑generated business and 60% on provided leads.
