Surveying Executive

About the role

The Surveying Executive supports the Surveying team by providing day‑to‑day administrative and surveying assistance. Working under the guidance of a Senior Surveyor, you will manage a portfolio of properties, handling occupier applications, service‑charge budgeting and reporting on behalf of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Read leases and related documents, entering data into property‑management systems.
• Assist in preparing service‑charge budgets, reconciliations and related reports.
• Respond to tenant correspondence and queries, maintaining up‑to‑date records.
• Conduct site inspections for specific works or issues and attend occupier meetings.
• Authorise site works in collaboration with the Surveyor and ensure compliance with void‑insurance obligations.
• Maintain control of void properties, process invoices and monitor statutory compliance.

Required profile

• Demonstrates MAPP values such as accountability, authenticity and appreciation.
• Proactive self‑management with ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with occupiers, clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Google Workspace applications.
