Mortgage Advisor – Remote/Hybrid – Uncapped Earnings

About the role

Join The Openwork Partnership as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser and build your own successful advisory business. You will work flexibly from home or a hybrid setting, delivering tailored mortgage and protection solutions to clients across the South West and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised mortgage and protection advice based on each client’s financial situation.
• Manage the full client journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships and referral partnerships.
• Generate new business through networking, marketing and referrals.
• Ensure all activities comply with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience in mortgage and protection advice.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially minded with a drive to grow a client portfolio.
• Self‑motivated, professional and customer‑focused.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of mortgage and protection products.
