Mortgage Protection Adviser

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join a successful brokerage partnered with an estate agency network in South Birmingham. The role offers a steady flow of warm leads, hybrid working and the chance to maximise earnings while delivering top‑tier customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct mortgage appointments, guiding customers from application to completion.
• Perform comprehensive protection reviews in‑person, by phone or video.
• Advise on a range of products including Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection and Family Income Benefit.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure clear understanding of options.
• Manage your own diary to accommodate pre‑booked appointments.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification and a current CAS for mortgage and protection advice.
• Proven track record as a successful Protection or Financial Adviser with strong closing skills.
• Own a car and be able to travel to offices across South Birmingham.
• Motivated, disciplined and passionate about delivering excellent client outcomes.
