About the role

Join The Openwork Partnership as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor and build a thriving advisory business with full administrative and compliance support. This self‑employed position offers flexible remote or hybrid working, allowing you to serve clients across the South East while growing your own portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice based on each client’s financial situation.
• Manage the complete client journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships and referral partnerships.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and marketing activities.
• Ensure all advice and activities comply with FCA regulations.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with proven mortgage and protection advisory experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially minded with a drive to expand a client base.
• Self‑motivated, professional and customer‑focused.
• Good understanding of FCA compliance requirements.
