About the role
We are seeking a Multi Skilled Plumber to join our maintenance team in Essex, working 40 hours per week on a full‑time basis. The role involves delivering high‑quality plumbing and mechanical maintenance services across our contract sites.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on plumbing systems and building fabric.
- Install new plant and equipment, diagnose and repair faults on systems.
- Complete all necessary documentation, job packs and reports accurately and promptly.
- Work safely following work instructions, safe working practices and method statements.
- Maintain plant rooms, workshops and storage areas to a high standard of cleanliness.
Required profile
- Strong background in mechanical maintenance with plumbing expertise, plus fabric and basic electrical maintenance skills.
- Extensive experience in both planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent (preferable).
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Enjoys collaborative teamwork and building positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
