About the role

We are seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our team, delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing across Northwest London. You will work independently on a variety of tasks, ensuring homes are safe, functional, and well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of trade tasks across multiple residential properties.
• Deliver safe, efficient, and high‑standard repairs and maintenance.
• Manage your own workload while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Maintain a professional, customer‑focused approach in occupied homes.

Required profile

• Solid experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar maintenance/repairs role.
• Reliable, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence working across multiple trades.
• Strong time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across Northwest London.
