Multi‑Trade Operative – Property Maintenance

About the role

Axis CLC is seeking experienced Multi‑Trade Operatives to join its property services team in North London. You will be responsible for delivering responsive repairs and routine maintenance across a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring homes are safe, comfortable and well‑kept.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs to NVQ Level 2 standard.
• Perform plumbing repairs and minor installations where required.
• Complete carpentry tasks, including repairs and basic joinery.
• Diagnose faults and implement lasting solutions.
• Use PDA/mobile systems to receive, record and close jobs.
• Work independently and collaboratively while adhering to health, safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong plastering ability (NVQ Level 2 preferred).
• Working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.
• Experience in tenanted residential properties.
• Good problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Full UK manual driving licence (≤ 6 points).
• Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to undergo DBS check.
