Multitrader – Property Maintenance Technician

About the role

Axis CLC is seeking a skilled Multitrader to join its Home Group Maintenance team in East London. You will be responsible for delivering reactive repairs and routine maintenance across a large portfolio of residential properties, ensuring homes are safe, comfortable and well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs and minor installations across the assigned area.
• Perform carpentry tasks, including repairs and basic joinery work.
• Support a wide range of general property maintenance duties.
• Work independently and as part of a team, adhering to safety, quality and customer‑service standards.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of plumbing and ability to diagnose faults.
• Experience in tenanted properties and familiarity with digital work orders (PDA usage).
• Clean, valid UK driving licence and willingness to undergo DBS check.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and professional, customer‑focused presentation.
