New Car Sales Consultant – Luxury Automotive

About the role

As a Mercedes‑Benz New Car Sales Consultant you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting the Loughton dealership, guiding them through the entire car‑buying journey. The role offers a flexible schedule, including weekend work, to ensure the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Engage face‑to‑face with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present Mercedes‑Benz models, explain features, and tailor recommendations.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to contract signing.
• Maintain a high standard of customer experience and achieve sales targets.
• Participate in assessment centres and ongoing training as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive sales (minimum requirement).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (beneficial).
