Night House Host/Receptionist

About the role

Join the night reception team at Locke, a design‑led aparthotel brand owned by Edyn. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and seamless experience from arrival to departure during night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Create memorable, “tell‑your‑mates” experiences for guests.
• Serve as the friendly face for guests, contractors and visitors.
• Inform guests about local attractions and events.
• Check guests in and out, leaving a lasting positive impression.
• Manage reservations and guest queries via online platforms, email, phone and in‑person.
• Handle out‑of‑hours queries for other Edyn properties.

Required profile

• Natural host with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a people‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to question, innovate and contribute ideas.
• Accountable, collaborative and comfortable working independently at night.
