Night Site Manager – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Night Site Manager to lead the final café repurposing and refurbishment project in Chichester. The role starts immediately and runs for a short, intensive period, requiring a strong on‑site presence to ensure a high‑quality finish.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am, Sunday to Thursday.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to keep the project on schedule.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards throughout the site.
• Produce regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Manage site resources, including materials and equipment, to minimise waste.

Required profile

• Valid SMSTS certification.
• Current First Aid qualification.
• Asbestos Awareness training.
• Proven experience managing construction or refurbishment projects on night shifts.
• Ability to work independently and make quick, safety‑focused decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IT reporting and communication tools.
