About the role

Key responsibilities

• Complete the 12‑month Skin School programme and obtain a CIBTAC qualification.
• Deliver personalised skincare and makeup consultations using innovative tools.
• Explain No7 product science in clear, customer‑focused language.
• Provide expert makeup advice, including shade matching and routine building.
• Drive sales, meet targets and promote new launches and offers.
• Build long‑term relationships that encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain a well‑presented counter that showcases the No7 range.
